First Post... Got lucky

First time poster here. Just got my new digital camera and it got me interested in photography again. I like all types, but am mainly interested in portrait and still life - maybe a little landscape - who knows! I think the emotion on people's faces tells the whole story.

Took this pic the other day - interested in any feedback. Thanks.

I like it, it's interesting. The unusual perspective makes you seek out familiar reference points which basically means you spend more time looking at it.

I'm not sure about the arm ( I think its an arm ) in the bottom right though. looks a little odd. Other wise v. cool

I like it. The shadows, and the touch of red "down there" are nicely suggestive.
