well its surely a male Ichneumon wasp but which genus/species will require some investigation.

I wonder what the male of Rhyssa persuasoria looks like as the markings of the female look similar to yours.

thanks Toby for the ID,I see that the abdomen on the female looks yellow and black,my one is yellow brown and black maybe this is the male ?
