My friend Blake is the shooter, but he's so hard to get ahold of, thought maybe one of you might know?
I am referring to the old / worn picture ...

These would be a combination of a fliter in Photoshop (or the equivalent) to create the 'illustrative' look, maybe more than one.
It would also include using a texture for the 'texture' he has on there, the graininess look.
He also blurred the image with the exception of the center areas, creating focus on the main subject matter.
That's it for the most part, I didn't study the entire thing, but it's not a click and it's done process, some Photoshop know-how will be needed.
There may be some Actions out there that help in these matters, but still, there will always be a manual part of the process.
That's what I see anyway. :)
