canon batteries

Is it true if I charge it up, and don't use it for months, the battery will lose more than normal battery juice AND becomes defective?

I have two Sterlingtek and one canon. dunno if i should just sell the canon, as I think i'll be using the two sterlingtek ones more

Keep the canon. Works better than the sterlingtek's, imo. As for loosing charge, and degrading, I'll let someone else answer that.

Right - letting them run absolutely flat is bad; just cycle through the three.
