My G2's LCD is blank in any other mode than photostich. Works fine in this mode though.

Won't work in playback mode either.

Any knowledge on this?

Have you tried pushing the "Display" button on the back of the camera at the bottom?

Yes - I have pushed the display button many times in the hope that something will happen...

hope I haven't worn it out!
