Simga = Sigma. Playing on Penguin's spelling of Fuji.

They sure do.
Sigma SD10 using the Foveon X3 sensor:

They make film cameras, too.

I'm almost positive that my wife won't let me have a Simga or a Fugi, I'm not even going to ask.

So Fugi is a popular brand than Lecia -- at least one member choose it.

The Foveon technology is pretty darn cool, but I simply can't believe in 3.4 million pixels.

Penguin_101_1 didn't say "digital cameras". And I won't choose Contax for digital cameras -- see how's the death of N Digital.
How about Sony, Panasonic?

That would depend on which manufacturer had the gear that fit my needs.

I would add them, but I can't. I am just talking about all around cameras (that you would use), lenses, ect.

I could never see myself shooting film, Im just to encased in the digital world.
I think I would go nuts waiting for the photos to come back from the lab :)
And I would never buy a camera made by an electronics manufactor, the quality of the optics, focusing system and functionality is to me, far more important in what makes a great camera than the electronics behind it. They are things that only a long time camera maker can fully understand and manufactor.
I already voted for Nikon anyway, they are also the only company on the list with a long history in photography who also make a wide selection of Digital cameras, from compacts to proffesional SLRs.
(Kodak don't count IMO, they seem to either make very expensive pro level equipment, or very simple mindless consumer level compacts).
However, after voting Nikon (I know its a dirty word) I would be interested in trying a Fugi :p

Tough choice. I was torn between Other (Pentax) and Olympus, but Oly won out for me. I've had three Olympus digital cameras (still own two of them, and use one more often than my 10D and 20D combined).

And I thought the question was favorite brand, not next favorite camera. I like Kodak because they make great inkjet paper, they are mostly domestic and they had a Full Frame sensor before N****, which I almost bought.
next would be Fuji though, I like their blimp.
The brand not on the list I like the most though is Coke Cola, makes up over 50% of my bodily fluids 8)

Based on the current state-of-the-art, and present offerings of the various manufacturers, I'd probably move over to Nikon. After Canon, Nikon has the most complete line of lenses, accessories, etc.. Most of the other brands mentioned come nowhere near Canon and Nikon in depth of product line.

Had to say Nikon, even though they zoom backwards. Second choice would probably have to be Konica-Minolta, although they don't have much of a digital SLR track yet.
