I get thirsty every time I see your name Skimmilk:lol:

don't think it did poop on them
I don't think they even saw the bird which was right over their heads.

why it seemed so funny (to me)
as they seemed to be watching the pigeons in front

Close call! I see lots of new buildings in the background. Dublin must be growing fast. I hear a lot about the computer programming services being done there - what else is going on? Got to visit one of these years, trace the roots. :)

Timing is everything.

Perfect, Marie. It's hard to say who's more oblivious.....the people or the birds.

My first thought was , here's a scene from Alfred Hitchcock's movie "The Birds". If you never saw it, something caused all the birds in this one area to go whacko and start attacking people. You know, they would be very successful if they did.

ha ha ha
thanks Tom.

I think the lads there (on their lunch break's) were feeding them

the birds don't usually bomb down like that all the time

I was crossing the bridge (you know, the halfpenny bridge we saw in another post and you got the url about it for me... a while back)
when I saw the birds flocking around there and I tried to shoot from the bridge
(which was packed with people crossing from one side to the other)
but as it was through the iron railings on the bridge it was'nt so good for viewing
so I ran down onto the ' board walk' and got that shot soon as I 'landed'

I saw 'The Birds' a few times Stan:lol:

I remember everything

loved the actress Tippi Hendron in it
Alfred must have too because he had her in another great film 'Marni'

the birds here did look a little like one of those scenes.
they were flocking around

but it's a horrible thought, if it really happened in a big way
like in 'The Birds'

thanks
