I'm back!! Not that anyone probably even noticed that I was gone
I know it's been a while, I started a new job and have been traveling around helping open new stores.
Anyway, I have a question. Lately all of my shots have been looking fine when you preview them on the camera. But when I download them they look like this. I have tried several different cards, formatting and still no luck.
Any ideas?

Download them to a different computer to see if the computer may be corrupting the files.

Hey - this exact thing happened to me, and it's how I found POTN. I was googling to try to find a fix. It was my first post looking for an answer on how to fix.
Formatting worked for me, but only if done in a PC. The format option on camera did not. I was shooting with a Rebel at the time too. Hasn't happened since, but when I download from card I always format on PC now anyway.
Card was a 1GB Sandisk.

Thanks for the quick reples, I will try both things.
I do format my cards in my camera, but I always have.
I hope it's not a PC issue. It's brand new. I have done several weddings since I bought it and none of them (Thank GOD) had issues. It's just been lately.

We just want to find the source by process of elimination. It may be the cable (I had a corrupted USB cable once) or software. Let us know how it goes.

Transferring with a card reader? Could be the reader. If not maybe a bad cable.

You were on the right track. I set up my old comp and they downloaded fine. So I then went back to the comp giving me trouble. (PC vista setup, which i hate vista BTW) I did a system restore to an earlier date before my Canon drivers were installed. Put a CF card directly into my built in CF reader and perfect.... No Problems.
If I try to DL from the camera I still have the same problems though. I have to find another cable. I know I have some areound and see if that helps. If not at least I can get them off of my card by the built in reader now though.
Thanks for all the help.
I'll let you know what happens with the new cable.
