new laptop ?

I just got a new laptop and neveer having one before I am finding it hard to know if I am processing my picts right like the brightness.
my ? Is there a way that should process on a laptop sometimes I have too adjust the brightness becouse I cant see the screen. could some one let me know if this picture is to bright not bright enough or any other problems becouse I am processing on a laptop?

It seems a bit too bright, or too much exposure. Here is what looks right on my Eizo monitor, but I keep it set at 90.

Looks to bright to me as well. Az2Africa's image looks much better.
