is there any feedback on this system ? i only found ONE review :

the nice part is the fact that it has a large base for stability yet the part going on camera is tiny

this puts it ahead of any other release system BUT i am wondering about the locking mechanism, which i have no idea how it works, i am afraid it might be pushing on the screw going into the camera sideways and this might damage the thread in the camera body overtime ???
