No doubt others that really know will confirm but I would have thought the answer is yes but selling them will be another matter and for that I understand the answer will be no ~ just read the terms on the tickets.

Yes, however, if you're in one of the grandstands, waving around a lens long enough to do you any good is liable to get you beaten up by all the other deluded folks who've spent the price of a decent lens to watch a poor excuse for motorsport.
