I have a Macbook, PC, and an AppleTV. I do most of my post-processing on my Macbook. My PC has the biggest hard drive so I like to keep all of my music, videos, and pictures on it.
I needed an easier way to get my photos on my PC so that they would be synced to my AppleTV.
To solve this, I created an Applescript to load my photos to my PC - which syncs them to my AppleTV.
I did this by looking for all photos with a *** rating or higher with a "AppleTV" tag. The script looks for pictures with a *** rating or higher, exports these photos to my shared drive, and then tags those photos with "AppleTV". It works great. This makes it really easy to upload to my PC and, in turn, syncs the pictures to my AppleTV.
AppleTV/Aperture owners - What kind of post-processing tricks do you do so that your AppleTV shows your favorite pictures? Is there any image adjustment best practices so your pictures look great on a TV?
