Took several photos of my friends bike and tried for a wet look. Please help me cc this photo. I am very new at this and just have a G9 to work with at this time. Thanks,
Paul

No takers, must be really bad :)
Ok maybe a tight crop would make it more interesting?

i would do a tighter crop, but just of the bike. Then play around with the levels and curves in photoshop.
This is what i did, just a quick 5 minute edit

teisco I know that you asked for help on this image. If you are wanting more than a critique, which it appears you do, then please turn your Image Editing OK on. That is the only way others are allow to work on your images - that is the best way to give them permission.
You do that by going to USER CP>Edit Profile >Additional Information> Tick Yes.
If this in not the case you need to make no changes.
DonJuanMair, I deleted your edit of the teisco's image until which time teisco changes the status of Image Editing. Once he does that I will restore it.

Like the shot and what you did in post. Only suggestion I'd have is re shoot some different angles. Get lower and move around in a 360' arc and then pick the ones you want to work with. A birds eye view would be a good variation of that shot too.

just have a G9 to work with You still have eyes? Before you take the shot, look at everything, like the marks under the front wheel & the junky reflection behind the tail.

That is a problem. I really did not know that the marks under the front tire are not a good thing and I did not think the rear reflection was bad. Lots to learn for sure.
