Another shot from my trip to Palmquistfarm (http://www.palmquistfarm.com/index.html) about 3 hours north of Madison (and about 5.5-6 from our hometown). They have a team of Belgian horses that pull their wooden sleigh for their guests. This team was new, from Iowa. There names, if i remember right (meghan will have to help me) are Pete and Pat.

The older man is Jim, the owner, the young man behind him is one of the exchange students. If i remember right this is Pavlov, he is from the Ukraine.
Not the most interesting image, but it was kind of neat to see them get these boys ready to run. They seem to enjoy doing what they do (the horses that is).

I love this photo, one of my favorite of the trip.

Beautiful shots, Timmy. They are magnificent animals, and you've captured them well. Very hard to do when your teeth are chattering.

Thanks.

When it is that cold out, it does not take too long to figure out how to stay warm.
