I was asked to shoot a band playing at a local club/rock bar for a friend.

The Band's name is LOST http://www.lostrockband.com

Any and all C&C is wanted and welcome. I have raw files for all the photos.

My photoshop kung-fu is very weak. Any help would be appreciated.

1. The whole band.

Interesting start... Did you shoot in RAW?
The first pic could use some serious exposure adjustments...
Overall, your composition looks good...the colors are nice and the framing is reasonable.

First looks nice, but is quite underexposed. At least 1 stop, probably more.
#2 is quite heavily flared, but I think I don't mind.

I like #3.
On #4 the lights just behind the face are a bit distracting, but you did quite well in dealing with the red lights.
#5: You say he's a guitar player, but I don't see it. Good expression, less relevance. ;)

I want #5's shirt in the worst way.

Nice job. I agree on slightly over exposed...but as I've shot a lot of shows I can tell you that happens a lot when you're dealing with stage fog! Keep shooting shows, it's really fun and you've got a great eye for it.

They look a bit soft to me. Auto or manual focus? Ditto on #3

Missed the reference to RAW in your very first post...

I'd try to adjust the exposure for the first one... and try tweaking the color contrasts, and sharpness in them too... spend some time trying out more of your PS techniques... you might be pleasantly surprised at your results...

Overall, the subjects are good, but I did miss the guitar in the last one.

Auto focus. I shot 99% of the night with the Tokina 19-35.

Looks like your EXIF has you at 50mm... and f2.2... while the Tokina lens is at f3.5 or above...

The Tokina is pretty slow for indoor, low light photography... That's why the softness and slightly less than sharp results.

I did use the nifty 50 for some of the 244 that I took. I guess the one you checked the exif was one of those.
