actions for vintage-y or misty photos?

I keep seeing photos that have a misty or vintage tint/look to them, and I can't seem to recreate it. Does anyone know of some good actions to get those effects?

There are a few vintage film actions out there. I have one that I think is very good. Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly where I found it.:(

However, I believe I found the action at deviantART. I would recommend looking here: http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/applications/psactions/

By the way, I have been looking for some free "vintage/medium formate film" borders. I have a few, but would like some more. If anyone knows where to download some...that would be helpful. Just thought I'd throw that out sense vintage actions and borders sort of go hand in hand.;)
