HELLO,

I HAVE A CANON 300D I AM FINDIND EVERY TIME I DOWNLOAD PICTURES, THEY ARE VERY DARK. I WOULD BE GRATFUL IF ANYBODY OFFER ANY ADVICE MANY THANKS

Take off the lens cap.

Show us some examples or tell us about your settings. I would imagine that it's probably user error, but if you are new, then you wouldn't know what errors you were making. I'd recommend that you fool around with the settings, try different exposures and speeds on different subjects. The 300D is an awesome camera to learn photography on, just take lots of photos and learn.

To rule out user error try taking a few shots on full auto (the green square) setting. If they are dark then we may have a problem.
