Elements 5 on Vista 64

Anyone out there running Photoshop Elements 5 on 64 bit Vista? Does it all work? Any gotchas?

I'm going to be doing a hardware swap, and was thinking of installing 64bit Vista Ultimate on the "new" hardware (I'm currently running 32bit Vista with no problems), but don't want to upgrade my apps.

I am running it on my Vista 64 and i haven't had any problems with it. All of the features work just fine.
