so I'm sure I saw this shot done here somewhere. but here's my take on it. what do you think of the spot color? does it look alright? I'm used to doing simple editing but a cousin was watching and wanted to know how to do some stuff so I showed him with this pic and thought it looked decent enough to keep.

I'm no expert and if it was only a rough edit to show a friend I like it but you will have to redo it in more detail as you have their clothes showing through on the bottom left and the right just under his sleeve, tidy this up just to show the color of the flowers and rings through and its a keeper.

Cool shot and interesting concept :) I like that you can see them kissing in the background, but the focus is on the rings...very cool :)

I think its a decent shot without the selective colouring.
For me, selective colouring only works with strong colours, not pale colours ...... as such, I don't think it works here.

I am not an expert. From a viewer's point of view, the selective colouring of the ring is a bit too strong and strange. Is it suppose to be a diamond?
