Thought I would play with a bit of wide angel black and white which I haven't done since film days. Not sure I have the knack any more. Any of these do anything for you?

I like 2 and 4. Number 5 was ok but the building in the background threw me off for some reason. I also I burped a little when I seen it so I figured it also gave me a little indigestion, so I blamed it on that picture.

Number 3 was just too plain to me.

Number 1 needed to have the bottom of the closest door in the photo with a "welcome" mat out front. The crop just seems a little funny..

-Cheers,
BM

Focal objects look very centralised. I prefer thirds rule for most composition. Still, very nice. My preferred image is the first. A nice disappearing diagonal.

Cheers,
Mark.

B&W + wide angle are some of my favorite shots. Like the first shot, I have to agree that the other images are abit to centered for my taste. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the feedback. I can see what you mean about being centred, good comment, I'll watch that.
