My new digital rebel does not have the "clear all camera settings" and "sensor clean" modes under the menu settings, why is this? also having problems with the continuous shooting mode. Any helps from the pro's would be great, Thanks

You probably need to switch to one of the creative modes, not all menu items are available in the basic modes. What problem are you having with continous shooting ? Just set to continous mode and hold the shutter release down page 65 of the manual.

For example I was at an indoor scoccer game with the camera set on action mode with the continuous mode on the LCD, I couldn't get a four shot burst let alone 2.5 FPS. any ideas?

Don't usualy use the auto modes but I just tried mine and it fired of the shot's no problem, you have to hold the shutter button down while it's taking the shots as soon as you release it stops. If that does not help I suggest you have it checked out.

Thanks for all your help, I'm looking at training classes for Canon EOS cameras. Have you ever heard of Exposure36??

I know that, if you're exposure was set to something like f3.5@1.5" there's no way you're gonna get 2.5fps. Correct? That's the only thing I can think of that would hold you back, unless ofcourse, you're not holding down the button.
