Well.. I have a bad skill with digital processing...

I change the background with sky picture and then made some lighting effect.. but I know the result is very bad....

The Eagle actualy on the cage... so the real picture is more dark and have a cage background (sorry.. I forgot where I save the real picture)

You have a good idea. But your selection procedure isn't working for you as evidenced by the halo around the eagle.

Not always as easy as it seems in the minds eye.
As Midnitejam has already stated the knockout is rather obvious, feathering the selection would help plus some very gentle eraser with a soft brush to feather the edges some (no pun intended) also the lighting direction, contrast and grain in the two images is very different and extremly tough to match up.
Might work better with a plain backround dark or light or an out of focus backround often look more natural.

Agreed with what everyone has said so far.

In addition, you may want to try using a lower ISO (to reduce the noise) and a correct white balance to get more accurate colors).
