Hello Photographers! I just wanted to share a few snaps from the fireworks show in OKC, thanks for looking!

Yes, you are right-of course it wouldn't be Oklahoma w/o the wind! :)

If you have extra room in #5, I'd loosen the crop a little bit.

Can't believe someone hasn't commented on how cool #3 looks though.

I haven't shot fireworks yet....what was your strategy for doing this? Did you just set up a tripod and snap away using mostly static settings, or were you being more dynamic in zoom/focus/etc?

aww, thank you! I didn't have a tripod with me, so all of these were handheld and I took them with my 60mm(which I just sold this week)-so no zoom. They were all shot in manual, I messed around quite a bit with the ISO and shutter speed during the entire show. I'll go back and see if I have more room to loosen up the crop on #5. Thanks for looking, and for your kind words!
