This is not a true HDR as it was done with the GIMP. I will probably try it with Photoshop when I get home.

to be honest it is a bit dark (underexsposed), the colors are kinda gross, it looks like a bad compression BUT other than that it has nice composition :)

they look out of focus to me. since u had on image editing okay heres my take:

cropped it, sharpened it, added some contrast and a bit of color balance.

The extremely dull colors (and subject matter) in the dirt and sky make the over-saturation in the cars just too much for my taste. Can you post a shot of the original?

I appreciate all the comments. I have heard from another person that it looks too dark. I guess I tend to lean towards the darker images. It is probably also oversaturated. Here is the original image with no edits.

Excuse the jpeg artifacts (wouldn't be so bad starting with the full size image), but here's what I would do:

Thanks for sharing your attempt griptape. I am going to have to play with this more when I get home and see if I can't do something better than the ones I have posted here so far.
