These are from the 07/07/08 event of the Alabama Region of SCCA. Since I was the course designer, I did not have to work during the second run group (I drove in the first one). So I had the opportunity to get some panning practice in. C&C welcomed and appreciated.

Nice side panning. Plenty sharp and well positioned in the frame. I'd love to see some more variety in the pans next time.

Looks great! I have raced there a few times (at the dog track?). I have just got into photography, so I will have to get you to teach me some of that panning you are doing next time I am up there!

Great panning shots! A circular polarizer would help with that windshield glare on that head on shot.

Thanks. The next event is Aug 3. I'm usually not hard to find. I drive the gray Evo X (BSP 37), see you there.

I will be in Mexico Aug 3rd, but I will check and see the dates of one I can make this year. I will be real easy to find...widebody mr2 sxpyder turbo in red (SM2 21)

Anyway, I like the first picture the best as far as a really good panning shot.

To bad about the cone in the last one. It would have been nice to see the body roll going into the turn.
