No flash was allowed during the wedding ceremony, but they allowed flash before and after the ceremony. So here are my results :X

those look pretty nice considering its your second wedding.
some could use some PP, for example, in 2 & 3 I'd burn away the windows at the top of the photo, they are quite distracting (at least to me).
I'd also try to remove the 3rd person in the last shot from the first post, or just loose this shot as the bride is looking away and the groom seems to be looking at the other photographer.
Don't listen too much to me as I have only shot two weddings myself too, but these are just a couple of thoughts I had after seeing your photos ;)

during your formal shots, id have the couple stand on the square thing so its not showing. or u can just pp it out cuz very distracting. id also try and lighten up the bg a bit so they dont look dark and scary.

That's the first thing I noticed too. Otherwise, I'd say (coming from an amateur), great shots!

I was trying to get the behind the scenes look on the picture with the other photographer. I wasn't really trying to take a picture of the bride and groom necessarily.
I will try seeing what it will look like with the windows photoshopped out and post em when I get a chance :)

I agree, I was wondering if I should spend the time editing that out or not. Now I will :)

Thanks DoodleBunz! :)

Oh man, I think i've been to that church. The windows are poorly positioned so you get a lot of back lighting making it tough to capture the couple.

Haha, the church is located near Cypress. That local to you?

Great shots.. the natural light shots look a bit better... but I do like the 4th one. I usually try to use some DOF to blur some of those distracting things out of the background

No, not really but I drove out there for a wedding a few months ago. Took a little time to find the place as the address was kinda weird.

Well, I'm noticing one thing.
Your shutter speed is not enough to allow in the ambient light (if here was any, I couldn't really tell from the images) which would have helped your background more. Your flash looks good to me, but I'd have tried to decrease the shutter speed a bit and allow more ambient light to compliment the flash exposure.
I know this looks a bit odd, considering it's a wedding forum, but I'll try to illustrate here what I mean:

If I remember correctly, this was ISO 1600, about 1/15th of a second at F4.0 with my flash firing bounced off the wall behind me at +1.5 stops FEC.
Simply put, your shutter speed controls your ambient light exposure, while your aperture controls your flash output.

I've never really been a fan of using my flash because I didn't know how it really works but now that you explain it so simply I think I am going to have to experiment more with this. Thanks!
edit/ iso speed does what to the flash output?
