photoshop - grid/extra won't go away!

I accidentally turned "extras" (a grid) on once using control-H, now every time I open an image in PS CS it comes with the grid on. Does anyone know how to make it stop coming up?

I don't have CS, however if its the same as PS7, click View-show-grid to enable or disable the grid.

That did it, thanks! I changed it from grid to none :)
