Hi!
Suddenly my installation of Zoombrowser 3.1 brings a message like this "You cannot open more than one database at one time. Please close the database before open another database" (in German...).
I tried the following:
- re-Install ZB 3.1 (Didn't help, even after doing an uninstall by Windows' software manager).
- copied the four database files located in ...\database in the ZB-installation directory to another dir and treid to open it. Didn't help. It's not possible to open the copy (tells me that the disk is full or wrong write permissions are set - that's wrong).
- updated to ZB 3.2. Didn't help.

Any ideas ??? Thanks a lot.
Greetings from Germany.

Hi Andreas

It sounds like your datebase has corrupted (join the club!!). I restored mine by following the exact instructions on the Canon Solutions disk - Zoombrowser - go to the Troubleshooting manual and printed out and followed the instructions on page 103 (I think). This worked for me - this has happened to me on a couple of occasions but I stick with ZB as I have about 5,000 images in its library. You have to delete the four files ( I can't recall what they are called - something like zbd etc?).
Good luck
Sheila
