This is my first post. I love photography, and my wife is my favorite subject. I am glad I found a place where other people like to share and view photographs.

These were taken in front of our shower curtain of all places - I was testing different backgrounds. I hope these aren't too big...

I think you did a good job on the lighting. Your wife's green eyes are very powerful too, the draw you in. And I like the smirk in the 2nd pic. Cool *thumbs up* :)

Thanks... I am still such a hack, but am doing my best to absorb everything I can. Trial and error doesn't hurt much, either.

Great eyes. Nice capture. I have seen that smirk before. My wife gives it whenever I'm coaxing shots out of her. What are you shooting with?

I am using an HP 735 3.2MP. It was a Christmas gift last year so I could start my family webpage. The way technology is going up and prices are going down, I hope to go Digital SLR in a couple of years. I have a Rebel 35mm, and really like the Rebel Digital. Until then, "Do whatcha can with watcha got", right?
