ok so I put this in the wrong forum at first so here I go again.

Some of my first real shots with my camera and I like these two quite a bit. Let me know what you think.

I like them a lot. I would have tried to make sure all the hair and fuzz was off the table (I know it's hard to get it ALL).

The second one I would have probably focused on a ball in the foreground rather than one further back.

But either way they are great.

#2 would be cool if the car wasn't in the background but i still like the shot

I think the first photo was a little too dark, and the 2nd picture was a little too bright. I'm assuming you were using natural light in both of these, but between the two I like the first one. Welcome to the forum!

thanks guys. the first shot is shot around 9pm with a flash aimed to the right and a chandelier about 15ft behind me to the left.

I agree with you roffy. I would have done the same too. However, these are his first shots and considering that he has done a great job!

I liked the 2nd one the most.:)
