Hi, I was wondering how some of you present your picture's to your clients when they buy? Like special folder, bags, labels etc.

Thanks,

Teeny:)

Present how or when? Be more specific.

Hi, Like someone already placed their order and the pictures are ready to be given to the customer, what kind of packaging do you use to make it look nice. Not like a plain white envelope or yellow one. Anyone with some tips.

Well i do that for a big client like a wedding or something like that. I put all the pictures in little boxes and inside a gift bag but not for a individual 25$ order of sports action shots.

OP,

+1 for the clearbags as well. They work very well. For shipping I do put them in clearbags, than wrap the whole thing in brown paper and attach a small description of what the picture is (if multiple pictures being sent) and clip it onto the paper. Than wrap in bubblewrap and pack with air bags.

Tiffany,

Is that how they pick them up? Or you only mail it out like that?

When someone is picking up their prints I want to see their expression, I want to see their reaction.

Not to hijack.....

I don't mail them. That is how they have been picked up or how I've delivered them. Honestly, it's kind of fun to see people tear into the packaging and smile. :D

Thanks everyone for your help. Tiffany, yours is really nice. I kinda would like to do something similar just different colors.

Thanks,
