Anyone Have Tips for Glowing/UFO Effects?

Just wondering because I found a perfect spot for something like this..don't have a picture to show..but it's kind of an opening in fence that goes out into a field with a lone dirt road that is just begging for that effect! Thanks guys!

Give the Diffuse Glow Filter a try - with black as your foreground color, and white as your background color.

Thanks! I'll have to give that a try when I get home. I think a lomo effect would also look good :) (lucky I have that PS action)

You can try Render > lens flare too so it's circular glow is more precise.....burning helps blend it better too.
