Photoshop Recording?

Lately, I've gotten quite a few private messages asking me how I do my eyes and skin edits, among other things. I saw a few podcasts where people show how they do their versions of editing, and was wondering how they go about recording such things.

Essentially, what I'm looking for is a "recording" program that I can save a file for uploading to a site for people to view how I do my edits, step by step, and what's involved.

I'm a firm believer in teaching people how to fish, as it were!

There is an option to check for saving history log file which records everything you do saving it to a text file .
