Spent the first of two days at Goodwood on Friday, will be attending again tomorrow. The first day we usually spend exploring the paddocks and then escape the masses by heading up the hill.

This years house display was Landrover themed ( not sure what they have to do with speed but still)

A display to mark 40 years of McLaren winning in F1

and the winning Le Mans R10

The rally paddock is well worth the walk, world champions and current stars wandering about signing autographs and just chatting away to the public, unlike the bun fight in the F1 paddock.

Very nice indeed. Not been to the FoS since 2005 - in fact thats the only time I've ever been. Def have to go next year... guess it's still very busy every day though?

Thanks guys.

Azza...Friday is the "quietest" day but the best bet is to arrive early, do the paddocks and then head up the hill, as the walk puts off a lot of the masses.

Sunday will be packed, especially as Hamilton is in residence

Nice set of shots. I thought Barber Motorsports park had some nice sculptures until I saw your first shot.

Great set all around. Do you have anymore of the older McLarens?

Thanks for the comments

evorgsumaf....I shot a few more of the McLarens, on the third page of this gallery http://motorsportintheuk.fotopic.net/c1543376_1.html , but with the crowds being so deep it was a struggle. It was a shame they were only a static display as most McLarens held in the Donington collection are working machines.
