Bunghole Liquors! I drove by there for years and years, since I lived in Salem and worked in Peabody. I chuckled every time I passed by.

Of course, Bunghole is a very legitimate liquor term. It's the hole in the side of a cask, and is plugged by a bung.

I have a shot of a street sign in Pennsylvania that reads "Blue Balls" , wish I could find it now

Wrench, I have no idea where your photo is, but I think "Blue Balls" is in Middlesex County.
