Eifel Tower with a torn sun

I love the way the jet streams make the sun look torn. I would appreciate suggestions on how to improve this in PS.

It might just be my monitor, but it looks like you shot through really dirty glass.

Have you tried playing around with the colours and contrast - just experiment and see what works. If you have PSCS maybe apply a warming filter effect?
