I'll second that - I really like the effect that you have achieved. What did you do?

I took many shots one after another from the safe position while the blades were spinning. In Photoshop I made heavy use of Overlay and Soft light blending modes, curves, levels and satuation. Pretty simple really.

I quite like it. The way you have done the rota blades is nice I would have had the main part of the helicoper straight with out any movement. Each to there own.
