Light stand boom?

Looking for an inexpensive boom to attach to my light stand. Most likely all it's gonna hold is a 430ex. Any help would be much appreciated.. Thank you

I brought some on ebay a while ago - 3 piece telescoping design, maybe 3' when closed, about 8' fully open. They are perfectly servicable for light use and didn't cost a lot - I'd recommend a search on the bay.
