Resetting admin password?

Hi:
I forgot my admin password. How can I reset it? I can still ftp into my ISP and upload images, etc, but cannot use EE's admin interface. Thanks.

If You have access to phpmyadmin You can locate the table that contains the userid / password for the admin user.

The password is encrypted but if You edit the record and select the function MD5 You can enter a new password in plain text in the password field. When You save it will be encrypted using the MD5 hash and You should be able to login again.

I can't remember the name of the table of hand.
