I took some pictures of my neighbor BMXing today, here are a some:
This is the first time I tried shooting this type of stuff.

Some of them are underexposed, most notably #1 and #3. The frame is too tight on them, and try not to center every shot. Nice timing.

I would like to see these in a parking lot or someplace else that is more open with less background noise. It looks like you're off to a good start.

Thanks. Yeah, I was shooting in sports mode, so it set it automatically.

#1 and 4 dont look landed. his bike is way above the catch point. and angled verticle too much, 4th one its off to his side way too far.
i do them all the time.
one thing with that trick, is try to catch the picture when the frame gets halfway around. otherwise it just looks like hes trying to 180 and bailing off the bike

I agree with Ride completely. When shooting any action sport you have to really understand the tricks to start nailing the shots. You also want to be sure to watch the backgrounds and horizons. If you are going to tilt the horizon intentionally, it needs to look so.
Keep at it, its how you improve. Also don't be afraid to experiment. Afterall, bmx is all about creativity and originality as is photography. If you want, check out this link for a few flatland images I posted a little bit back...
