When purchasing a flash bracket, what's the advantage of camera flip over flash flip? TIA

Camera flip makes it easier, when camera mounted on a tripod, to switch between Landscape and Portrait orientation. It is possible to flip even with a flash flip, but requires more fidgeting after orientation change.

I prefer the camera flip because my hands don't have to leave the camera to flip it.

I have both. Camera Flip in the BMW. Flash flip is a bicycle. Nuff said
