If people are going to make up rumors they should at least get them right.

12mp is fine though, that wouldn't be a big issue although I wouldn't buy this camera. I want one that has been redesigned to have more "pro" ergonomics and features (weather sealing, etc).

Even if the old rumor was true, the 7D would be a lower end camera than the 5D. On top of that, I would rather have a lower megapixel count and higher quality, than higher count with lower quality. Its not total megapixel count that makes things grand.

sorry about the fps only 5/sec, 12 mp is fine.

if it would have > 8 fps allmost nobody needs an other camara

burst for 3 seconds is enough because analysing all moving people and animals have intersting moves for only 2/3 seconds
