Costco prints?...

I would like to have a 11 x 14 print made out...

Is Costco's still considered a fine choice at producing very good quality?

About a year ago I attended an Arizona Highways photo workshop and the gentleman who was our moderator (30+ Year working Pro...) brought some 11x14s to show. They were stunning images (which you'd expect from someone of his skill level.)

And where'd he have them printed? Yup, you guessed it!

I get 95% of my prints from Costco. No issues so far. Its rather automated though, so you better have all of your ducks in a row already.

Mpix is the other 5%, but those are very very detailed photos or need to be handled before printing.

What about WalMart ? I compared 4x6 and 11x14 from both and I found the local WM was a bit better. Wonder if that's just the local store.

I've been thrilled with Costco, good price, and with using the right printer profiles my prints look great. No reason to go anywhere else.
