Problem with Easy Link on bottom of each

In the last 2 weeks I have discovered EE and set it up after taking my time and learning all about it. It is a great resource and plan on using it for a long time.

I am having trouble with the Easy Link feature at the bottom of each photos page

It is giving me this: Easy link to this photo: http://hp?photo=16 (http://hp/?photo=16)

on the page below

(http://%0ahttp://www.ekreating.com/gallery/photo.php?photo=16&u=105%7C3%7C...)

What setting do I need to change or is there a Bug or error.

Also, this may be connected, but in the Exhibition Editor, the thumbnails are not showing up in the Directory View:

It is saying this;
../gallery/photos/thumb/
SHOW DIRECTORY LISTING (http://editor_list_thumb_dir.php/?list=1&thumb=0&exhibition=1)

--- NO DIRECTORY OR IT IS EMPTY ---
If there is no directory yet, EE will create
it at first upload to this exhibition.

Somewhere in the Misc Settings is a place to put your domain name - presumably http://www.ekreating.com/gallery (http://www.ekreating.com/gallery/photo.php?photo=16&u=105%7C3%7C...)

Add that & the Easy Link should PrePend it.

Where is the setting to change this, I do not see it in the MISC settings page.

the only setting I see there is :

Link to front page in which I have the text "Return to Portfolio and Gallery Index" which I want.


Where are the settings for the "Easy link to this photo "

Sorry for late reply, I've been ill with stomach flu.

Now it looks ok, it seems that you found the correct setting in "misc settings":

HTTP address (URL) to gallery, with trailing slash.

The question why in the Exhibition Editor the thumbnails are not showing up in the Directory View: each exhibition in EE has its own thumb and microthumb path. If you have created an exhibition, created specific thumb paths for it and have not uploaded anything successfully you do not see any thumbs there. Note that normally it's ok quite to share same thumb and microthumb paths between all exhibitions - only limitation here is the limit how many files OS filesystem can hold in a folder. Reasons to keep separate thumb paths may be e.g. that you want to keep track of files better (when backing up), or place thumbs on another server for certain exhibition.
