I realize this photo is not good technically. The distance, poor light, action and motion of the boat I was on were just too much for my P & S to overcome. However, I love the story it tells, how little puffins run across the water, flapping their wings furiously, until they gather air speed. It was taken in Prince William Sound near Valdez, Alaska.
