Need help about my backdrop roller system

Well, my wife and I actually received the motorized system back in December but have had no place to set it up. We found a temporary home for it (we are planning to move out of state, after all) and I got it all set up and everything works dandy.

So...now is when I feel like a complete dork because I am a newbie with the studio stuff. How does one attach the backdrops to the rollers. Help would be GREATLY appreciated! :cool:

Frustrations are growing and I am wishing we didn't order these from backdropoutlet.

3 of the rollers are bent/broke (very easily in fact) and we simply can't get these backdrops rolled up properly.

My wife also just informed me that they have a no return policy (unless it's for store credit). I don't even know what to do. I feel like this has all been a huge waste of time and money.
