View Full Version : Photoshop CS and Canon CRW files

Just upgraded to CS and tried to load a canon CRW file doenloaded from a powershot S70 but got the message that it could not complete my request because it is not the right kind of document.

Running XP home on a Pentium 4 machine with 1GB of RAM.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure if it even supports this camera - I just have no idea - but you might want to go to Adobe's Support page and download the latest version of ACR.

According to Adobe's latest version of Camera Raw 2.3 it's not supported.

The S60 is supprted so I assume the S70 will be supprted in the next version.

Thank you. There is indeed a beta version on the Adobe site and it seems to work.


Should have looked there first instead of troubling you all

You'll love "Adobe Camera Raw".
It's more work but it's worth it.
