The painting is great and I love the lighting on the photo. It'd be nice if the head was more in focus, but other than that it's good :).

yeah shoulda... but it was hard doing it in the dark...
what i did is turn off all the lights, set the camera to 15 sec exp...using only 1 LED light to creat the white light bouncing of the table and cover the LED to create the red light, then also wave the red light at the background

I like your lighting effect. I guess the only think I have to say about your shooting work flow is leave the light on and manually focus on the subject before you turn off the lights. Mirror lock up and wired or wireless remote.
Stop down a little bit more and your depth of field will increase, just have to give it more exposure time.

Not bad. Of course being a scuba diver when I hear the term warhammer I think of the "warhammer Manuever" credited to a diver who's online name was Warhammer...

Just use "Warhammer Manuever Scuba" in google, there is a picture. don't look.

Im pretty bad with manual focusing... i think my eyes are distorted haha, but yeah i should have lock focus and lower the F stop... I was using the countdown to take the pic so there wont be cam shake, but i guess i was doing a rush job... ill make a better one soon.. when it rain again, and got nothing to do :P
