Printing 13x19

So what do you all do with your 13x19 prints? Do you mat them into a larger frame? Do you frame them (I have noticed that 13x19 frames are not that popular)? Do you mount them on foam board? Do you print smaller like 11x14 then cut them?

I buy precut matte boards with 13x19" inside and 18x24" outside, then put them in 18x24" frames. The boards are Westminster series from Light Impressions.
