I have recently switched to Mpix for all my printing. I am very very happy with there work and the Kodac endura is way better then the kodak royal I was getting from my local lab.

They also Have Endura Metallic, And True black and white but I believe its about 10% more than the regular endura. I have shown some metallic prints to a client ans she just flipped out that she loved them so much and wanted to know how much more for the metallic paper. I was thinking about a 25% increase over the regular Endura.

That would set my prices to 4x6 $8-$10, 5x7 $15-$18, 8x10 $25-$30, 11x14 $40-$48. Low Endura/High Metallic

I think that is fairly reasonable.

I have also decided to stop offering enlargements print only's. From now on my enlargements with be 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 20x30 Matboard or canvas, framed ready to go on the wall. I didnt offer framing befor as it wasnt cost effective for me considering the time it takes to do it and I think that may have swayed my clients away from them but sense Mpix will Do it all and drop it off at my door maybe my enlargment sales will go up.

Headcase,

I would try NationsPhotoLab.com. They are less expensive than Mpix and also print everything on Kodak Endura. You can send your prints through their website and have them sent out next day.

I would charge a 25% markup on whatever mpix.com mark ups from regular paper. I've used their endura metallic and am very impressed by it. Consider having mpix.com do the matting. They do a pretty good job.
